Will Spider-Man Renew his Vows in Summer 2015?
Stop stringing us along Marvel!
Marvel just dropped a Spider-Man teaser that shows not only Mary Jane and Peter Parker together, but with a child that is presumably what Mephisto teased to have to have taken away after the events of 'One More Day'. This is likely all going to come together in Jonathan Hickman’s massive Secret Wars event coming soon from Marvel. The image is dated with a Summer 2015 tag below, as all the teasers and Secret Wars from before have all seemingly been teasing up to this point. Unlike some of the other stories in the recent Marvel mystery teasers, this event has not happened before. However, it is a part of the 2006 storyline that shook the Spider-world forever. It’s been nearly a decade without a romance between Peter and Mary, thankfully, now the two of them are good friends. Many are now wondering if the young child is Mayday Parker, who was a Spider-Girl that successfully carried her own title for a hundred issues and counting into the 2000’s. There are many possibilities as to what this teaser could possibly mean.
