New trailer for Thor The Dark World
Thor is about to return to the screen for a third time in Thor The Dark world. The first trailer for the movie showed off some exciting set pieces including a first glimpse at nemesis Malekith The Accursed. The villain has been mostly a pushover in the comics so it will be interesting to see if he will actually be a legitimate threat to the character. We also get a chance to see another glimpse of Loki who is in a precarious position. It needs to be said that in this film, it would be a fantastic departure from the previous flick if there was more of an emphasis on the world of Asgard as opposed to the amount of Jane Foster material. While Natalie Portman was ok as Foster in the previous movie, there was an entire cast of awesome characters in the sky waiting to be explored in the film. The great cast from the first movie is once again reprising their on screen roles as evident by the trailer Anthony Hopkinds returns as Odin, Idris Elba is also back as Heimdall, along with Sif and the Warriors Three in fine form. Get ready for what will hopefully be an awesome film with this next trailer.
