Judge Dredd Megazine 479, this month, features several new stories. Paul Starkey and Nick Brokenshire present "The Haunting of Iso-Block 8," as Cadet Dredd takes on a strange case. Ken Niemand and Dan Cornwell's "Old Man Joe" see the adult Dredd meeting his alternate-reality counterpart.

Armitage returns in "Murder," investigating a cold case in an automated environment created by Liam Johnson and Warren Pleece. David Barnett and Luke Horsman's "Barrel & Hammer" introduces a lively space-pirate comedy, which is one I'm really looking forward to.

Additionally, the issue includes the penultimate part of Death Cap, more from Atomfall, Rok of the Reds, the next chapter of the Meg Files, and an interview with Cadet Dredd artist Nick Brokenshire.
