WesterNoir's Double Shot: Double the Excitement from Time Bomb Comics
The pre-order campaign collects WesterNoir Volume 3 and WesterNoir: Moon Cursed.
Time Bomb's popular Weird West series is returning this summer with a special two-in-one Kickstarter campaign. The campaign will feature two new books: Volume 3 of Josiah Black's ongoing saga and the stand-alone story Moon Cursed, which was originally published in the ongoing Quantum anthology throughout 2023.
WesterNoir is the creation of writer Dave West and artist Gary Crutchley. Beginning publication at AccentUK in 2012, it has found huge success as an ongoing title due to its unique mix of horror, mythology and Western tropes.
The central WesterNoir volumes follow gunslinger Josiah Black. Told he was the last line of defence protecting humanity from hidden horrors, Black became a ruthless monster slayer. However, Volume 3 sees him decide that he was duped into seeing monsters where none existed. Instead, he dedicates himself to helping a man whose own story is reaching its own terrible end.

Moon Cursed tells a new story in the world of WesterNoir. Co-written by Jemma West, with art by Joseph Villar Parangue and colours by Matt Soffe, it stars the mysterious Mrs Jones as she arranges a wagon trail across the Wild West with the aim of luring out a creature with a connection to her own past.
Jemma West describes Moon Cursed as; "a monstrous spin on the Old West which promises mystery and mayhem in equal measure"
With both stories completely produced, this Kickstarter campaign will give fans a chance to pre-order their copies of the books and access limited edition collectables.
WesterNoir is currently also running a story in Quantum, which is released bimonthly.
WesterNoir: Double Shot! will be available for pre-order throughout July.
