Arrow reveals the Suicide Squad

Arrow introduced Amanda Waller halfway through last season in a move that practically nobody saw coming. The Bronze Tiger and Deadshot also showed up, which naturally is building towards one thing; The Suicide Squad. Today CBR revealed that the show is pulling the trigger on a loaded gun and unleashing their version of the Squad next month.
The team was originally created in 1959, but was redefined in a landmark 60+ issue run by John Ostrander in 1986. The team is more closely rooted in his work with the character. The roster for the team is as follows from left to right. Michael Jai White is Ben Turner (A.K.A. Bronze Tiger), Sean Maher is Mark Scheffer (A.K.A. Shrapnel), Cynthia Addai Robinson is Amanda Waller (The Wall), Michael Rowe is Floyd Lawton (A.K.A. Deadshot), Layla Michaels is Audrey Laurey Anderson, and last but not least David Ramsey is John Diggle.
Who else is really excited that the show is completely embracing their strange mirror of the DCU? The episode is airing March 19th, set DVR’s and plans accordingly.
