Newsarama was provided the news this morning that Robin is returning. DC solicitation information teases somebody familiar donning the same costume as before.
SPOILERS AHEAD!
DC Comics spoiled the reveal of Robin three months early, as the cover for Batman & Robin #38 has just been revealed to be none-other-than Damian Wayne, the son of Batman. Damian died in Batman Inc. by Grant Morrison, which led to Robin Rises Alpha #1. The title teased the return of the son of Batman that was also foreshadowed at the end of Batman Incorporated.
