A new anthology series, the UNDERGROUND KINGDOM COMIX, is coming soon.
The Underground Kingdom Comix (UKC) will feature brand-new comics and pin-ups from some of the UK's best cartoonists.

Michael Kennedy, Sam Hickson and Mat Greaves got together and decided to make an anthology with some of their favourite UK cartoonists - showcasing their friends' work and presenting it to as wide an audience as possible.
The UK has a flourishing small press comics community with an increasing number of distinctive voices, which is one of the many reasons we love and will champion the UK indie scene. This anthology will aim to serve as a guide for readers to explore and uncover talented cartoonists, hopefully leading to the discovery of new favourites.
The anthology will feature a talented group of cartoonists, including Adam Falp, Anna Redman, Ethan Llewellyn, Forpe, Garresh, Kai Reynolds, Michael Kennedy, Sam Hickson, Tom Kneeshaw, and, of course, Mat Greaves.
The upcoming anthologies will showcase various genres through stories and pin-ups, drawing inspiration from EC comics. Mat plans to release two issues, focusing on Crime and Horror, during this year's Thought Bubble event. In the future, he plans to collaborate with different artists to create more issues featuring diverse genres.
There could well be a Kickstarter to help fund it, so you'll want to keep an eye on what Mat is up to comics-wise. You can do that by subscribing to Mat's newsletter through matgreaves.com. You can also check out his Instagram @mat_greaves, where you're bound to see some sneak previews over the coming weeks.
This is going to be an anthology to look out for. If you're not already sold, check out these sneak peeks at what's to come.
