Hackney Comic + Zine Fair is Back and Online This September
Reading time: 1 minute

The Hackney Comic + Zine Fair is making a comeback in 2021, but this time it's all online as a digital celebration of sequential art and the people who make it. And as it's online, it's taking place over four weeks in September, so you get a whole month worth of celebration that's accessible to all for free from the comfort of your own home.
The aim of the event is to showcase the many different forms, styles and genres that sequential art can take – especially in the independent, self-published and small-press scene. No matter if you’ve never picked up a comic before or have been reading them your whole life, there will be something for you to enjoy at HCZF.
The new digital format means we can welcome even more talented comic creators as exhibitors than before, and now anyone is welcome to attend from anywhere in the world. We’re also not limited to a single day, so the event will run for the entire month of September, and all the online content will be completely free to access. We also hope to hold various in-person activities throughout September if it is safe to do so, and more details on those will be coming soon.
Exhibitor applications will be open from 3rd April 2021 and you can find out more information about the event over at their website: Hackney Comic + Zine Fair (hackneycomicfair.com)
