MCM Comic Con - Find your next great read this May!

Clear your diaries, book lovers, as the first dose of MCM is right around the corner. We're a month away from MCM Comic Con, with the UK's hub of pop culture soaring into ExCeL London from the 26th to the 28th of May.

Brand new for this year, MCM Comic Con is introducing an array of exciting new content for all the book lovers out there. Whether you're a young adult fiction fan, fantasy lover or sci-fi geek, we've got you covered.

Clear your diaries, as the first dose of MCM is right around the corner, with a three-day celebration of pop culture at ExCeL London from 26th – 28th May.

Kicking it off with Writer's Block, this brand-new feature area is your one-stop shop for everything brilliantly bookish! In addition to a robust programme of literary panels and author signings, MCM Comic Con has also curated a selection of awesome author tables, plus the chance to meet fellow fans of your favourite fiction in the Writer's Block Hangout!

Get ready for book swaps, fan meets, book-friending (like speed-dating...but for books!) and much more. Looking for something new to read? Swing by our MCM Book Swap, where fellow readers can get together and swap theirIt'sourite books. It's an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded folks, find something new to read and pass on a much-loved book to someone else.

For all the little readers out there, MCM Comic Con will also be hosting the MCM Kid's Book Swap – so if your youngster has grown out of The Gruffalo or read all the Dinosaur Pooped series, come and donate your pre-loved children's books and swap your old books for new adventures.

What's more, Writer's Block and the MCM Book Swap are included in your MCM ticket!

Meet like-minded book-lovers and friends for life in a range of fun activities around your favourite books, authors and genres! If Fanfiction is your fixture, then make a beeline to the Fanfiction Bookish Meet and share your wildest stories with fellow writers and fanatics, or drop into the MCM Book Club for nerdy networking opportunities with other book-lovers like yourself. We understand that speed dating isn't for everyone, but Book-Friending could be what you've been searching for...
