This title is one planned as part of the ongoing 20th anniversary of Time Bomb Comics. This is a huge milestone for any indie publisher. Publications will include new books, such as The Patrolman alongside 'definitive versions' of Time Bomb classics.

A Five-Volume Dystopian Saga

The Patrolman: Book One is the first of five, with a new volume planned for publication every six months. A dark, dystopian sci-fi series, The Patrolman is set in an alternate London ruled by a corrupt Lord Mayor and his corporate lackeys. When his heroic archnemesis, The Patrolman, dies, the bored Lord Mayor decides to train a replacement.

Commenting on The Patrolman and the planned release schedule, Time Bomb publisher Steve Tanner said:

"Nick and Will have created something special with The Patrolman, and I'm thrilled to be publishing it as Time Bomb approaches its 20th anniversary year. A new volume, every six months, until the full story can be told!"

Speaking on his hopes for the series, writer Nick Twyford commented:

"Patrolman is new, it's (hopefully) fresh, and if we've done our job right, it's interesting, exciting and funny. And even if I haven't, it's worth it alone for Will's art… We've been working on this for a long time. We're throwing everything at it and doing our best to get it right. Hopefully that enthusiasm and passion will show on the page."
