Thought Bubble 2025: Exhibitor Applications are now open!
Thought Bubble is gearing up for another fantastic year as it returns to Harrogate in 2025, and exhibitor applications are now open. This year's Comic Convention will take place on November 15th and 16th at the Harrogate Convention Centre, and it's the perfect opportunity to showcase your work to a passionate and diverse audience. And if you're going as a comic fan, you can also now get your tickets to attend!
Applications are open until midnight (GMT) on Sunday, February 23rd, 2025. Thought Bubble encourages submissions from creators who may have less visibility in the comic industry, including those from LGBTQIA+, Disabled, and Non-White backgrounds. One of the many reasons why we love Thought Bubble.
The application process is curated; this means that each submission will be thoroughly reviewed by Team Thought Bubble to ensure a diverse and engaging lineup of exhibitors.
To apply, simply fill out the online application form, providing details about yourself and your work. Just keep in mind that completing an application does not guarantee a table, as space is limited and highly sought after.
Successful applicants will receive an invoice for their table and any requested extras, which must be paid within five working days. Some details are provided below.
Exhibitor prices for 2025
- Creators (including Writer, Artist, Colourist, Letterer, and Small Press): Full table - £200, Half table - £100
- Retailers and Publishers: Full table - £270
- Booths: Standard Booth (3m x 2m) - £750, Premium Location Booth - £1000 (limited availability)
Additional offerings include extra passes, backing board rentals, and advertising options in the convention program.
The convention is open to the public from 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, allowing exhibitors plenty of time to connect with attendees and showcase their work.
Don't miss your chance to be part of Thought Bubble 2025! Apply now to join a community of passionate comic creators and fans dedicated to celebrating the art of comics. For more information and to submit your application, visit the Thought Bubble website.
