Tombstone Publishing are excited to announce their debut release – HEARTBREAKER: THE LOST ART OF SEAN PHILLIPS, the first ever collection of the earliest professional comics work of superstar artist Sean Phillips.

The 200-page, oversized hardback collection is live on Kickstarter NOW and can be backed here.
SEAN PHILLIPS is a superstar of comics whose CV includes co-creating 2000 AD fan-favourite characters Devlin Waugh and Armitage, Judge Dredd, an extended run on DC's Hellblazer, Marvel Zombies, WildCats, Batman, Nightwing, Uncanny X-Men and his formidable library of projects co-created with Ed Brubaker - Sleeper, Incognito, Fatale, The Fade Out, Kill or Be Killed, Bad Weekend, My Heroes Have always Been Junkies, Reckless, Pulp, Night Fever, Where The Body Was, Houses of The Unholy and, of course, CRIMINAL - which is soon to be an AMAZON PRIME series.

But before any of that, Sean got his break in the 1980s (while still in his teens) in the pages of several comics published by Britain's legendary DC Thomson.
Heartbreaker: The Lost Art of Sean Phillips showcases 200 pages of previously uncollected comics drawn by Sean Phillips.

"This is my earliest professional work, and I'm looking forward to seeing it reprinted by the Tombstone team."
The Kickstarter campaign is offering the book as an oversized hardback along with options for a slipcase edition, bookplates signed by Sean Phillips, and a sketch edition featuring an original hand-drawn sketch by Sean.
