Bryan Cranston is..........probably not Lex Luthor?
Reading time: 1 minute

The internet has recently been on fire with reports of Bryan Cranston supposedly cast as Lex Luthor in the upcoming Batman vs. Superman flick. Breaking Bad has been one of the most hyped cable shows ever as it gets ever closer to it's inevitable conclusion. People are beginning to wonder where the former meth cook of the beloved series is going to find a home in a post Breaking Bad world that will soon be in. The actor recently completely came out and revealed that the reports were completely false with the following statement,
“I’ve heard that too… Six? This is all news to me. I think that maybe my name is bandied about because I’m known to be bald. ‘What bald guy can we get?’ The reality is they can take any actor and shave his head or put a bald cap on him.”
The former exerpt of text is from an interview with Boston.com, where the rumour was completely shot down. With that newly acquired piece of information, I am currently hoping that actor Idris Elba will be cast as Luthor in the upcoming trilogy.

While a black version of the character may set the internet on fire, Elba has proved his acting chops across his various roles on projects like The Wire. Let us know if you agree, or who you think should play the character down below.
