2000 AD Prog 2467 Preview – Ben Wheatley Debuts Judge Dee in Mega‑City One

Author: Ben Williams

Reading time: 2 minutes

2000 AD Prog 2467 launches with two brand-new stories alongside fresh chapters of Judge Dredd, The Discarded, and Herne & Shuck.

The first debut sees Kill List director Ben Wheatley making his long‑awaited debut in the Galaxy's Greatest Comic. A debut Prog writer with a debut story. Perfect combination. He brings us Judge Dee, a Psi‑Div tale set in Mega‑City One and brought to life by artist Simon Coleby.

Then there's 3riller: Money Shot: High Stakes by Kek‑W and Rob Richardson. It follows pistol‑packing accountant Carla Dietrich as she's hired for a job she won't soon forget.

If you're interested in learning about Wheatley's journey into comics, Karl Stock's interview in this month's Megazine explores how 2000 AD shaped his imagination growing up.
