The Walking Dead expands for Season 3

Whilst Season 1 of AMC's The Walking Dead only had 6 episodes (and they really were some episodes), Season 2 improved on that with 13, 7 of which have been shown so far. Season 3 however continues the Walking Dead growth and will reportedly consist of 16 episodes. Exciting right? The show will also add two new writers in Nichole Beattie (Rubicon, John from Cincinnati) and Sang Kim (Crash, Hawthorne). Having never watched any of the shows the two new writers have done, I can't really comment on whether that's a good move or not. Since I love the show and how they've taken parts into completely different areas than in the graphic novels, I'm just excited to get another series and will trust it will all be good in the end.
