Jonathan Hickman teases new project
Reading time: 1 minute
Author Jonathan Hickman teased a secret project at the back of the most recent issue of the Manhattan Projects. This project comes as a big surprise, especially regarding the work schedule of Hickman. Aside from just being an awesome image in the vein of some his other work from publishers like Image, Multiversity Comics had an interesting theory on what this title could possibly be; Jonathan Hickman’s 40-page graphic novel called ‘Feel Better Now.’ They had the following quote from the author when he first solicited the storyline proper;
"I regret to inform everyone that FEEL BETTER NOW will not be shipping on schedule,” states Jonathan Hickman. “Unfortunately, during the course of creating this story, it got bigger. Far beyond the 40 pages we had allocated for the book, and, as a result, I have decided to give the story the scope I feel it deserves.
“Right now, we think the best thing to do is pull it from Diamond and re-solicit the book at a later date when we can firm up the final price point, page count and delivery date. I apologize for the inconvenience, but sometimes these things take on a life of their own and FEEL BETTER NOW is a story that deserves a full canvas.”
Let us know what you think the new book could possibly be. Frankly, I am hoping for a return to Red Mass for Mars, even though it seems unlikely at this point.
