Preview: 2000 AD Prog 2189
Reading time: 3 minutes
This weeks 2000 AD Prog picks up where last week left off, with the current line-up going along at full power. We have Deadd battling Famine in End of Days by Rob Williams and Colin MacNeil; the Luxine Knights consolidate to tackle the Anubite threat in Alex De Campi and Eduardo Ocana’s Full Tilt Boogie; Ravne and Jenny bring paranormal investigator Damien Dellamore into the fold in The Diaboliks by Gordon Rennie and Antonio Fuso; Francis Bacon’s forces launch an attack on Philae-Delphia in The Order by Kek-W and John Burns; and Cyd finds herself caught up in a mass evacuation in Dan Abnett and Mark Harrison’s The Out.
It's another great line-up - it's not often that there's a series we don't look forward to, but thankfully they are once again smashing it with each Prog at the moment.

Now, they’ve teamed up with supernatural investigator Damien Dellamore...

The Order: Land of the Free
by Kek-W (writer) John Burns (artist) Simon Bowland (letterer)
Throughout history, mankind has been under threat of extermination by the Wurms, creatures from another plane that systematically break into our reality. Defending humanity are the men and women of THE ORDER, a secret band of warriors that have fought the entities across the centuries. But time has become fractured, allowing a new chronology to be created, and the despotic Francis Bacon is determined to rule it...

The Out

The furthest edge of the universe, far into the future. Cyd Finlea is photo-journalist working for the publishers Global Neographic, travelling deep into outer space — otherwise known as THE OUT — and cataloguing the sights and alien societies that she encounters. She left Earth ten years ago and has now lost track of how far she is from home, only just realising that she hasn’t been paid for months. Short of cash, she’s taken a job in a bar...\
