Deadpool Dies in Issue #250? We don't Understand Either

Deadpool had a busy 2014, and 2015 is going to be a an important year for the character as well, with the recently announced Death of Deadpool story arc. The character will meet his bitter end in April with Deadpool #250 (A.K.A. issue #45). Who knows what Marvel has in store for the character, with the Deadpool film from Sony starring Ryan Reynolds just announced.
This unexpected move still seems perfect for the character of Deadpool, who is known for being completely irreverent and always sticking to the wrong place at the wrong time. Fortunately, this gives creators who are more acclimated to the comedy a different kind of outlet with Marvel.
The new comic has an incredible 96 pages of content with Deadpool the standard creative team of Gerry Duggan and Brian Posehn, along with creators like Paul Scheer, Jason Mantzoukas, Scott Koblish, Mike Hawthorne, and more according to Nerdist.com who broke the news this morning. Also, Scott Aukerman of the Comedy Bang! Bang! podcast and television show is making his debut for Marvel in the issue. The outlet also provided solicitation text, and a quote from Duggan and Deadpool editor Jordan D. White:

Gerry Duggan had some hints as to what we can expect of the new series:
I will say the death of Wolverine was a very sort of serious. I think as with all things Deadpool, even when something horrible is happening, I do think it will be enjoyed by the reader. Even the most horrible things that we’ve done to him, you know, are still fun. I hope. I think. This is definitely a blunt, over-sized celebration of that.
