Judge Dredd Megazine 495 Preview: The Black Tower Finale
Reading time: 2 minutes
Judge Dredd Megazine 495 brings The Black Tower to its finale. Before opening the Meg, read the Dredd and The Finders episodes in Prog 2496, also out this week.
The multi-stranded Oubliette epic is drawing together as its plotlines and characters intertwine. The Meg side of the story wraps up this month, but the 2000 AD side runs on until Prog 2499, so the conclusion is waiting there.
Two new series also begin in this issue. Ken Niemand and Conor Boyle reunite for another arc of retro-Dredd tales in Mega-City 2099. While John Reppion and Lee Carter send Brit-Cit's prickly Psi-Judge Lillian Storm to investigate a death in a stately home.
Judge Dredd Megazine 495 also carries more Lawless, Rogue Trooper and The Angry Planet. Karl Stock talks to colourist Emily Roach, Stephen Jewell interviews writer James Lovegrove, and Si Spurrier and Mike Dowling discuss their new comic Minotaur.
