Markosia is excited to announce its latest release, Pumpernickel Versus Faery.
This epic graphic novel is a four-part mini-series written and illustrated by Luke Cooper, who is well-known for his earlier works, Hollow Girl and AloneNotLonely.
The storyline of Pumpernickel Versus Faery follows the life of Pumpernickel, a changeling who has chosen to live as a human.
However, after being betrayed and tricked into revealing her true identity, Pumpernickel is forced to confront her loyalties and prove her allegiance.
She must declare war on the entire kingdom of Faery to prove her loyalty to the human race.
Hope is crueller than fear, as Pumpernickel must endure emotional turmoil as she grapples with her true identity and the impending war. The emotional finale ends the mini-series in style with blood and tears.
